Heritage le Chateau

The setting is one of the most beautiful in Mauritius: a 19th century house renovated in its original plantation style - period parquet flooring, antique furniture, fine woodwork.

In the shade of an old masterly tree, the house opens onto a French garden and distils romantic and refined gustatory moments.

Let yourself be intoxicated by the atmosphere of the varangue, the elegance of the service, the beauty of the plates, the delicacy of the dishes.

Kaz'Alala

Lakaz Mama Restaurant with its open-plan kitchen serves lovingly prepared dishes for dinner in a soft and subdued atmosphere. They only use the finest and freshest local surf and turf produce, including fish and deer, in a light, friendly atmosphere.

They have a selection of light bites available all day for lunch or for munching in between meals.  For light meals, you can enjoy a Smoked Marlin Salad with its Pineapple, Lime & Peanut Dressing for lunch or a Fish Vindaye sandwich (with the traditional Pain Maison or a baguette).  For something more hearty and if you are ravenous, why not try their Chicken Curry, condiments and warm Farata (Indian flatbread).
